Continuing with the 'learn more about photographers' target..

I have realised that when i read books on photographers i struggle to remember the names or put the name to a picture, so i decided the best option for me was to go to exhibitions and galleries and see the work in their full glory, document it with my camera and make notes to try and help me remember.

Firstly i heard one of my favourite photographers JR was in London with his InsideOut project, i was desperate to go and see it and possibly meet him so i booked a train to London the following day at 6.30am and set on my adventure. When i arrived JR wasn't there so to my disappointment i tweeted him saying id travelled to come and meet him and to my shock he replied! inviting me to go and see the premiere of his film that was airing that day at 3.45pm. So i took the fantastic opportunity and sat amongst parisian film critics!

Here are the photo's i took to document the day...

Me and Gwen then decided to take a trip to Liverpool to visit the various galleries and exhibitions there, we visited The Museum of Liverpool, The Open Eye Gallery, Tate Liverpool and The Blue Coat.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Blue Coat as it had work of Tom Wood displayed!
